This fully automatic double-side labeling machine is designed to apply labels to both sides of a product simultaneously in a single pass. It features two independent labeling heads positioned on opposite sides of the conveyor belt, allowing for efficient front and back labeling of flat or slightly curved containers. The machine includes a top hold-down belt that presses down on products to keep them stable and aligned during labeling. The touchscreen control panel provides easy access to adjust labeling speed, position, and height for both sides. Each labeling head can be adjusted independently to accommodate different product widths and label sizes. Optional coders or printers can be installed for printing dates or batch numbers directly onto the labels.
